EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (Full-Time)
Open Door Mission in Rochester, New York is currently seeking an Executive Director to lead the ministry into its next season. The right candidate will be a Godly leader who excels at staff development and team building, execution of vision and expansion, and a heart to reach the broken and homeless with the transformational hope that Christ offers. Must have the ability to establish and maintain relationships in the community and region, benefitting to Open Door Mission and our stated purpose and goals. This role requires strong leadership, administration, excellent relationship skills, integrity, discernment, and execution. The right candidate will meet our Qualifications For Employment and be in agreement with our Statement of Faith along with the full job description for the Executive Director. CLRP SUPERVISOR (Part-Time)
Under the general supervision of the (CLRP) Christian Life Recovery Program Manager, this candidate will ensure program consistency and quality. This is a full-time, day position, with an hourly rate of $12 - $15 per hour, based on experience. This candidate must have 2+ years experience with substance abuse and/or counseling. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Service, Addiction Studies, certified/licensed substance abuse counselor.
